I am truly at a loss for words to describe my experience with Dependable Air. Not only has the emergency support been extremely disappointing, but the team has repeatedly struggled to identify the root cause of issues with my brand-new HVAC system. Since installation, I have had to raise 6–7 service tickets, and 4–5 parts have already been replaced. Despite this, I am now being told that the system is “not at a point to be replaced.” Frankly, this is unacceptable. Replacing parts one by one on a newly installed system, while avoiding accountability for a full resolution, is neither a reasonable nor a professional approach. It feels as though the expectation is to replace every component individually during the warranty period rather than addressing the underlying issue decisively. I sincerely hope someone sensible in Dependable Air’s leadership takes note of this ongoing problem and adopts a more practical, customer-focused, and frugal approach to resolving what has been a never-ending issue with a brand-new HVAC system.
